adolphus_hotel.jpgThe 428-room Adolphus has been in continuous operation at its downtown location since Adolphus Busch built it in 1912 (making it the city’s tallest building at the time). The hotel was built in a Beaux Arts style and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The lobby and other common spaces are lavishly furnished to create an elegant old-world atmosphere.

The guest accommodations are large, comfortable rooms reminiscent of an English country house, fully equipped for business travelers.

The French Room restaurant, with Italianate murals covering its 18-foot vaults, is the widely considered the most formally elegant restaurant in the city of Dallas.
